We are coming up on the end of the Customer Stories campaign. If you have already told us about your experience working with MLXL, thank you. This one is for everyone who has been meaning to, and just has not gotten to it yet.
We get it. You run a busy operation. A short survey from a decorator you work with is not usually the most urgent thing on your list. But we wanted to take a moment to explain why this is worth five minutes of your time before the window closes.
Why We Started This
A few weeks ago, we opened this campaign because we believe the honest experience of a broker or distributor means more than anything we could write about ourselves. Not a polished quote. Not a five star badge. Just your actual account of what it has been like to hand us your production and trust that it comes back right.
We have heard from a good number of partners already. Some of it was straightforward praise. Some of it pointed out things we could do better. Both kinds were useful, and both kinds were welcome. That has not changed as we get closer to the end of this.
You Do Not Need a Big Story
One thing we have noticed is that some partners hold back because they feel like their experience was not dramatic enough to be worth sharing. Maybe the order just went fine. No crisis, no rescue, nothing that feels like a story.
That is exactly the kind of feedback we want to hear. An order that goes smoothly, without drama, is the whole point of working with a decorator you trust. That is not a boring story. That is the story. You do not need a dramatic turnaround or a saved event to make your experience worth telling us about.
What Sharing Actually Looks Like
If you have not done this yet, here is what it involves. A short form, a few minutes, asking how your experience with us has actually been. Nothing lengthy. Nothing that requires you to write an essay.
As a thank you for taking the time, you will get 10 percent off your next order with us. That applies whether your feedback is glowing, mixed, or somewhere in between. We would rather know the truth than collect polished praise, so the offer is not conditional on what you tell us.
After that, we will ask if you are open to letting us share what you told us, on our site or with other brokers and distributors sizing us up the way you once did. That part is entirely up to you. Saying no does not affect the discount either.
The Window Is Closing
This campaign wraps up soon. After that, we will still welcome feedback any time, the way we always have. But the specific window for this campaign, and the thank you that comes with it, will be closed.
If you have been meaning to share your experience, this is the moment to do it. It takes less time than reading this post did. And whether your story is a dramatic save or a quiet, uneventful order that simply went the way it was supposed to, we want to hear it.
Thank you for being part of this, whichever side of the story you are on.
