- Execute screen printing, embroidery, DTF, and finishing tasks
- Load, align, and run jobs to exact specifications
- Inspect work for quality and consistency
- Support setup, breakdown, and workflow efficiency
- Fold, tag, pack, and prep orders for delivery
- Keep your station clean and production-ready
- Hit daily production goals without sacrificing quality

Customer Service Representative
Own the Experience. Drive the Order.
You are the connection between the client and production. Your job is to make sure every order is clear, accurate, and delivered without issues.

- Prepare and send accurate quotes
- Process orders and verify all details
- Coordinate with art, production, and fulfillment teams
- Track orders and communicate updates proactively

- Ensure approvals, POs, and payments are complete

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

Content & Social Media Intern
Create What Brands See.
You’ll capture the energy of MLXL and turn it into content that represents who we are — fast, bold, and built on real production.
This is hands-on. You will be in the middle of the action.

- Film printing, embroidery, and behind-the-scenes work
- Create short-form content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Assist with editing, posting, and organizing content

- Creative and willing to learn
- Comfortable filming/editing (or ready to learn fast)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Coachable and proactive
- Interest in branding, apparel, or media is a plus
